California will now issue drivers’ licenses to illegal immigrants after lawmakers passed AB60 Thursday night.
Governor Jerry Brown issued a statement indicating he will sign the bill into law.
“This bill will enable millions of people to get to work safely and legally,” Governor Jerry Brown said in a statement today. Hopefully, it will send a message to Washington that immigration reform is long past due.”
