In a Taqueria Rut? Is that even possible? Well, on the off chance that you are, 7 x 7 takes a look at four new mouthwatering Mexican pop-ups that will make your taste buds dance. Stop by Loqui (between Tartine and Pizzeria Delfina) on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 pm and tuck into Baja style fish tacos, carne asada, or birria and pelona, a Puebla-inspired sandwich.

Bringing the Beat of the Mission Back: Dance Mission Theater’s West Wave Dance Festival returns for its 22nd annual performance. Featuring hip hop, Taiko, political dance theater, and more, it’s bound to be a uniquely Mission (or, in the words of the event description, “sumptuous”) experience. You can find more about the event here.

Happy Friday!
