SFist reports that Esta Noche, a Latino LGBT club in the Mission, is in danger of closing. According to the report, the club has been asked to make a lump sum payment of $9,000 in licensing fees. If the club does not come up with the money in two weeks, it will close.
Two of the Mission’s pop-up restaurants are featured in 7×7’s list of exceptional pop-ups in the city. Tango & Stache, housed inside Dear Mom, now offers brunch the first Saturday of every month; the American Bao Bar is open every Friday and Saturday inside Lot 7 at 20th and Valencia.
