Police reported that two men assaulted a man walking near 17th and Noe streets at 10:45 p.m. on Monday, pushing him to the ground. The suspects took the victim’s cell phone and fled on foot. The victim suffered a laceration to the head and was treated at the scene.

No arrests were made.

Thursday

A man punched a woman in the ear near Mission and 17th streets at 11:40 p.m. on Thursday, according to police. Moments before the incident, the victim had asked the suspect what he was looking at. The suspect attempted to flee the area, and witnesses reported seeing him discard a gun as he fled. The suspect was taken into custody and the gun was recovered.

The victim suffered a swollen ear but refused medical treatment.

Friday

An unidentified male suspect stabbed a man in the abdomen near Mission and 18th streets at 1:20 a.m. on Friday, police reported. The victim’s injury was life-threatening and he was treated at San Francisco General Hospital.

No arrests were made.

Police reported that two men who were intoxicated got into an argument near Mission and 13th streets at 4:15 a.m. on Friday, and one stabbed the other with a pocket knife. The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening and he was taken to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment.
