A 19-year-old woman was robbed of her cell phone at 4 p.m. on Tuesday at 16th Street and Potrero Avenue, police said. The victim was on the bus when the two female suspects, aged 35 and 20, started to push and punch her. One suspect took her cell phone and fled. The victim chased down the suspect and got her phone back.

Both suspects were arrested.

A 22-year-old man and a woman were approached at 24th Street and Potrero Avenue at 4:22 p.m. Wednesday by a man and four women, who started yelling at them. The victims tried to walk away but were punched and kicked by the suspects, who then left the scene. The female victim suffered abrasions to her face and a cut to the eye, and the man had a bloody nose and cut lip. They were not robbed.

The victims were treated for their injuries. No arrests were made.
