The San Francisco Chronicle reports that pulsed lasers were used last week to take the first 3D image of Mission Dolores, the Bay Area’s oldest building. This new technology can look inside walls to get the most accurate measurements, which can aid in retrofitting. Mission Dolores is the first Spanish Mission in the state to be documented this way.
