It’s 7 a.m. and 60º, with a splash of rain. The gloomy weather is supposed to continue through the weekend, so get your rain boots ready and cue up the Netflix.

In local news, the Chronicle reports that one of Oakland’s most wanted suspects was arrested at Ruth’s Chris Steak House at 1601 Van Ness Ave. He was the “No. 1 fugitive in Oakland,” officer Ernesto Leyva Jr. told the Chronicle.
