A woman was carjacked Saturday evening at 26th and Lilac streets, police said.

At 8:06 p.m., police received a call reporting the incident. The victim, a 49-year-old woman, was a passenger in the vehicle while the suspect, a 43-year-old man, drove. They got into an argument, and the suspect headbutted the victim and pushed her out of the vehicle. The suspect then drove off with the vehicle.

No arrests have been made.


A woman was robbed late Sunday night at 26th and Folsom streets, police reported.

Police were notified of the robbery at 10 p.m. The victim, a 23-year-old woman, was approached by three suspects, described by police as men in their 30s, one of whom had a gun. The suspects pushed the victim against a wall and took her cellphone, purse and cash. They then fled on foot.

No arrests have been made.
