Here’s your daily look at last night’s crimes.

Robbery

A 34-year-old man was robbed of his jewelry on the corner of 16th and Mission streets, according to police.

The victim was walking along the street when two suspects between the ages of 20 and 30 approached him. As one suspect asked the victim for a dollar, the other yanked a chain from his neck. The victim was able to fight off the two men, who also tried to steal his bracelet. The suspects then fled on foot with the victim’s chain.

The incident occurred at around 2 a.m., said police. No arrests have been made and no injuries were reported.

Stabbing

A 29-year-old man was stabbed in the torso and finger, police said. His injuries were not life-threatening.

At around 4 a.m., police were called to Clarion Alley near 17th Street, where the victim told officers that both he and the suspect were intoxicated when the suspect grabbed a knife and stabbed him.

At some point, the suspect, a 26-year-old man, also sustained multiple stabs wounds, but no additional information regarding the incident is available.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, police said. No arrest has been made.

Home Burglary

Two women were sleeping in the bedroom of their home on Guerrero near Duboce when a suspect walked in and took the laptops off their desk, according to police.

The victims, both 22 years old, woke when they heard the door open. The suspect, age unknown, fled on foot.

No other information is available and no arrest has been made, said police.

The incident occurred at around 2:40 a.m.
