Not sure what’s for dinner? How about a chef’s dinner in a box? Local chefs are teaming up with the Mission Community Market and Good Eggs to offer market shoppers some tasty dinner options.
Each week a local chef will choose seasonal recipes for a Chef’s Market Box. Boxes will include a chef’s recipe and all of the ingredients required, so shoppers can pick it up and get cooking. Local chefs from Mission Eatery, Radio Africa & Kitchen and 4505 Meats will be curating the first month of boxes. This week’s box will feature Eskender Aseged of Radio Africa & Kitchen’s alicha and couscous recipe.
This Thursday the Chef’s Market Box will be available for delivery and pickup from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Mission Community Market and three other pickup spots in the Mission and SOMA.
