Brian Kimball, the man behind the Magic Curry Kart, has a lot going on lately. He’s offering cooking classes, his Magic Curry paste is now available in more supermarkets, and he’s working on a project, the Magic Cooking Cart, that we don’t know much about yet.
But it’s the latest addition to the Magic Curry family that headlines his newsletter today. Kimball wrote:
Three years ago on a dead end alley in the Mission District the Magic Curry Kart and the Creme Brulee Cart were born on the eve of a mobile food revolution. Now the city is teeming with a rich and creative variety of mobile food operations often seen in night markets or food festivals that draw thousands to sample this eclectic experience.
On this Magic Curry Kart journey there has been many chapters. Most recently and most important has been the birth of my daughter, Sequioa Rain Kimball. For those that have kids you know the massive changes and happiness brought by the addition of a new life.
