Meet Robert Patterson, Stefan Roesh and chef Takahiro Hori, the Ken Ken Ramen team. “We built everything from scratch, we try to make the best ramen that we can,” says Roesh. “Everyone works together, there’s no hierarchy, everyone works every position here, and it’s part of the philosophy — everyone should be working as a team, and when you have a good team you can really create the best product.”

Hello
I have been at Ken Ken ramen and come away thinking this ramen compares with the best ramen restaurants I have eaten at in Tokyo and all over Japan during the twelve years we lived there.
Stefan, my son, and Robert have been friends since high school in Japan and together with Hori-san are committed to providing a genuine, cooked from scratch, superior ramen experience to everyone of their customers.
Go try for yourself!
Best of luck to them
