This is no breaking news, we know, but Michael Bauer recently visited Flour + Water and called it one of two of the best Italian restaurants. “I loved everything on my recent visit, including the puffy, slightly chewy pizza ($13-$18) and the frequently changing pastas ($16-$17). Those might include a rosemary pappardelle with wood oven-braised veal, or squid ink spaghetti with clams, squid, watermelon radishes and chile oil.”
