A 41-year-old man was robbed at 5:23 p.m. on Tuesday at 24th and Alabama streets. Police reported that the victim was panhandling when three suspects, described as in their 30s, manhandled him, threw him to the ground, kicked him, took his wallet and fled on foot.
The victim suffered a bump on the forehead, but his overall condition is unknown.
