Whether you have two left feet or moves like Michael Jackson, Rhythm & Motion and the Oberlin Dance Collective School (ODC) have just partnered with the new Community Wellness Center—located at the SF General Hospital—with one thing in mind: improving the health of patients and staff through work-out dance programs. Classes are offered daily and range from Salsa to Bollywood to Hip-Hop.

The ODC school and Rhythm & Motion have roughly 150 years of experience combined in teaching and choreographing dance routines as well as performing across the world. As part of a four Pillar program—emotional, physical, social and spiritual—at the Community Wellness Center, the dance portion fulfills the physical health portion of the initiative to help serve underserved, multi-ethnic patients in San Francisco.
