Elections are around the corner. If you live in the north Mission, Tenderloin, Union Square, Cathedral Hill, SOMA, Mission Bay or Treasure Island neighborhoods, these are your candidates. Who will fill Chris Daly’s shoes and represent you at City Hall? It could be a teacher, nudist, artist, attorney or business owner. Find out who they are, what issues are important to them, and make your choice Nov. 2.

-Housing and health care funds for HIV-positive residents.

James Keys

Chair of the Mental Health Board

-Strengthen Healthy San Francisco.
-Expand services for people struggling with drug addiction.
-Clean and renewable development.

-Invest in public high speed wireless Internet.
-Support immigrant entrepreneurs and shopkeepers.
-“Smart growth” high-density development and mixed land use.

-Prevent displacement of people with HIV/AIDS.
-New and rehabilitated housing should include all income levels.
-Increase public safety by requiring more police foot patrols.
