That’s what Michelle Lewis’s Web site says. She’ll be at Dolores Park Cafe this Friday with  Garrin Benfield. I’d have to agree about the pie. The crust of her songs crumbles delightfully into a deep, rich center offering plenty of substance. It’s the slice of pie you reach for when you’re heartbroken. I’m thinking pecan?
