The blogosphere is quiet, my friends, so quiet you can almost hear Twitter crash. It must be the weather, which has been fantastic lately.

While there’s not a whole lot of Mission-centric news today, we can at least all be thankful that we don’t live in Tulare, where even 8-year olds must conform to permit laws for street food vending. Lord only knows what would happen to our friends at the Magic Curry Kart or the Creme Brulee Cart if the Tulare tira got ahold of them.

With nothing else to talk about, I revert to photography. While neither are in the Mission, Plug1 and my new favorite photoblog, citysnaps, provide my favorite photos of the day. This image, outside the Old Navy near the Powell BART stop, is particularly striking.

Here’s to living in the most photogenic city in the country.
