La Cocina, an incubator for small food businesses, celebrated street food on Saturday with booths selling everything from hot dogs to Moroccan tacos. The booths and diners lined up in front of La Cocina’s offices on Folsom between 25th to 26th Street. Mission Eyes was there.

Andrea was born and raised in Mexico City, where she graduated as a translator/interpreter. She has been working with Mission Local since 2009 translating content for the Spanish page.   1. Hrm, I know you-all want a perfect pristine no-artifacts video, but the bandwidth required to view it is much too high. Please re-encode your videos for a more reasonable bitrate. Our computers and networks thank will thank you for it (and you’re costs will go down too…)!

    1. Thank you. We are looking into this and I think the problem will be solved soon with a redesign that takes this loading problem into account. In the meantime, our apologies or if you know how to recode easily, let us know and we’ll do it. Best, lc, m.e.
