The rain kept many away from Dolores Park as the community celebrated Cinco de Mayo, a day commemorating the Mexican army’s victory over a French army twice its size at Puebla in 1862. Those in attendance at Dolores Park, however, wouldn’t let a wet weekend keep them from celebrating.
