On March 27, around 10pm, there was a fairly brutal beating of one person by multiple other people outside my place at 23rd/bryant (one block from the drive by the next day). The assailants fled and left a badly bloodied young man laying on the sidewalk. he was taken away in an ambulance. i’m curious why the incident isn’t listed – what types of incidents qualify for the weekly email and this map?
also, how do I get on that weekly email list?
