Speaking at a neighborhood watch meeting on Monday night, Capt. Stephen Tacchini addressed Saturday’s shooting at 22nd and Florida streets saying the crime was “definitely gang-related.”
“We have some ideas, and we have some leads in the case,” Tacchini told the Mission District residents.
The neighborhood watch group for the 3300 block of 20th Street met at GingerRubio Salon. More than 40 people attended.
