Police said that on Sat., March 28 at 4:15 p.m., a 26-year-old man was driving eastbound on 22nd Street at Florida Street. Three suspects approached his car on foot, and one of them shot at the vehicle. The victim was shot twice, once in each arm. He drove away, but crashed his car into another vehicle within a block. Police say he was treated at San Francisco General Hospital, and his injuries are not life-threatening. No arrests have been made.
