Victim of Brawl at 16th and Valencia Dies

The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that Caesar Chuc, the victim in last Tuesday’s brawl on 16th and Valencia streets, has died.

Chuc, a cook at the Dogpatch restaurant Serpentine, was found unconscious at 16th and Valencia last week. Police said he was attacked by five men of undetermined age after a verbal argument turned into a physical fight.

His death is being considered a homicide and is under investigation by the San Francisco Police Department.
