Sunset Resources
The Sunset, which includes Parkside, comprises a Westside neighborhood south of Golden Gate Park and north of the San Francisco Zoo. Historically an Irish and Italian enclave, it is now home to 53 percent Asian Americans, mostly Chinese and known for its single-family homes. Some 56 percent of them are owner-occupied.
