The principals of Auto Tow, a couple charged with illegal predatory towing, have also been charged with welfare fraud. One of the accused scammers allegedly got a job at HSA as an eligibility worker, obtaining benefits for herself and her children’s father, despite their company grossing over $2 million a year.
