Last week, the mayor’s office decreed that homeless service providers should actually prove that what they’re doing is working.
Seems reasonable. Also, last week, the City advanced an extension for OpenGov. That’s the struggling permit software system the mayor’s office selected unilaterally, without the benefit of a formal bidding process.
It could give you whiplash.
