A 38-year-old Ukrainian woman was violently arrested at SFO by federal agents yesterday, writes Clara-Sophia Daly. The Nob Hill resident is currently in ICE detention in California City.

Despite years of investigations by city officials, hearings, and visits from the mayor, Bayview’s Alice Griffith rat-infested housing complex has continued to deteriorate. Marina Newman reports on how the owner and its management company have failed to address a “public health nuisance“—and how little the city has been able to force improvements.
