Good afternoon!

Mosser Living, one of the largest corporate landlords in San Francisco, has received receivership notices for 14 of its 61 S.F. properties, and notices of public auction for six: See if your building is on the list. Oscar Palma reports on the troubled company.

OK, I don’t know what you did this weekend, but you probably didn’t have as much fun as Abigail Vรขn Neely. She reports back for us on the “gay dog quinceaรฑera” held for Sophie the Yorkie in a Castro margarita bar.

Of course, if you were out at Ocean Beach, you may have met the two women who decorate public restrooms with bouquets of fresh flowers. They’re pretty fabulous, too.
