Saikat Chakrabarti, the progressive centimillionaire who lost the congressional primary in June, has dropped $400,000 on three upcoming San Francisco ballot measures. Kelly Waldron has the details on his picks.
Kelly also looks at the city controller‘s analysis of Prop. H, the ballot measure that would impose a parcel tax to support Muni. He warned that if the proposition fails, the city’s economy will worsen, slowing downtown recovery.
