Good afternoon!

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit by a former deputy DA who’d been fired by then-DA Chesa Boudin. Charges of “retaliation” by fired staffers helped fuel the recall effort that ousted Boudin, but the judge said there was no evidence of retaliation or discrimination.
