Good afternoon!

Well, that was fast. Just four hours after the “Find My Parking Cops” app launched and we wrote about it, the SFMTA pulled the plug on the data it was using.

Mission Local’s been covering immigration enforcement in S.F. in depth for months, and illustrator Neil Ballard has just created an amazing illustrated timeline to make sense of the news. Check it out.

SF Open Studios, a two-month-long event featuring more than 600 local artists citywide, opens in the Mission this weekend. Oscar Palma visits the artists at 1800 Bryant, a former mayonnaise factory.
