Dolores Park: Micro-Litter Cleanup Day

July 18 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Four people holding litter pickers stand together in a park with others in the background. Text promotes a "Microlitter Clean Up 2026" volunteer event on July 18, 10AM–12PM.

LoveDolores and the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department is hosting its annual Micro-Litter Cleanup Day at Mission Dolores Park on Saturday, July 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

After Pride month and July 4th, we need help getting the park back to her natural beauty. Volunteers will help remove the small pieces of litter – like confetti, feathers, bottlecaps — that often go unnoticed but can have a lasting impact on the park, pets, and stormwater systems. Cleanup supplies will be provided, and volunteers of all ages are welcome.

As a thank-you, participants who volunteer for at least 90 minutes and stay for the 11:45 a.m. raffle will be entered for a chance to win Outside Lands tickets.
