This fall, we are excited to offer a five-week informational writing workshop for students ages 8-11. In this workshop, students will select a subject to study in nature, then they will label, describe, and research it in order to create a field journal. Sessions will be held on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. beginning September 8.

This workshop will take place at 826 Valencia st. in the writing lab.

After registering, staff will reach out to offer a spot depending on eligibility and availability in the program. Our workshops are open to anyone, but we do give priority to SFUSD students with socio-economic need and hold spaces for students enrolled in our other programs.
