Join Elise to make Soondubu, a comforting Korean soft tofu stew in this Short and Sweet class! We’ll start by crafting a flavorful base by balancing rich pork with the delicate taste of fresh seafood in a velvety, spicy broth, complemented by the silky texture of the soft tofu. We’ll end the class with a delicious bowl of homemade soondubu, spoonfuls of freshly steamed rice, and bright, crunchy seasoned vegetables in between each bite!
