Matcha lovers, you’ve met your match! Get ready to go all in as resident tea expert and cooking instructor, Annelies offers a deep dive into cooking and baking with this stone-ground tea. Across savory and sweet recipes, we’ll use matcha like a spice and play with its unique flavor notes. You will make Black Bean Burgers with Matcha Aioli, and a matcha salt you’ll want to sprinkle onto roasted veggies, to nestle in next to Matcha Coconut Rice. On the sweet side, you’ll whip up Oatmilk Panna Cotta with Matcha Clusters, Matcha Crepes with Coco Whip, and Matcha Mint Star Cookies.
