Lunar New Year is on Feb 10th this year, but it’s never too early to start the celebrations! The start of the Lunar Calendar always calls for a joyful feast of sumptuous foods and snacks, and Chef Linda has designed a menu to fill the room with prosperity, longevity, and health.

The Lunar Calendar is also observed by the Chinese in Malaysia, though the foods associated with the new year are different than in China. Join Chef Linda as she shares her own Malaysian New Year traditions and flavors, while cooking up some of the most popular dishes of the holiday!
