The state Democratic Party narrowly voted to support the upcoming billionaire tax measure—but it seems that many in the moderate-controlled San Francisco Democratic County Central Committee don’t agree. Junyao Yang reports that the DCCC changed its bylaws in order to be able to break with the state party.

In other election news, Marina Newman asks the candidates for supervisor in District 10 about the city’s ban on RVs.
