Sheryl Davis, the former S.F. Human Rights Commission director accused of misusing funds, was arrested this morning along with James Spignola, writes Marina Newman. Davis failed to disclose her live-in relationship with Spignola, whose nonprofit received $1.5 million from the commission; she was charged with 17 felonies and two misdemeanors.
