A city audit found that former Human Rights Commission head Sheryl Davis spent millions on “prohibited purchases.” Marina Newman reports that funds were used for wellness retreats, gift cards, a house rental on Martha’s Vineyard, and 500 tickets to a Giants game, among other dicey purchases.
