Now I’ve seen this place many times, but as a native Louisianian, I’ve never had the heart to go inside for fear of disappointment at a sub-par po’ boy. But the knowledge that the bread is imported from Leidenheimer bakery in New Orleans, and the description of the basic but accurate dressing of the po’ boys encourages me to try it out.
