The San Francisco Marathon will be taking place this Sunday, July 29th, with the full marathon starting at 5:30 a.m. at Mission Street and the Embarcadero. Runners will be huffing and puffing by the time they get to Mile 21 in the Mission, so it is always nice to see a lot of people out cheering. Here’s a link to the site.
