Chef Ryan Chinchilla, who has worked at Foreign Cinema and Spruce, will host the first of many pop-up dinners to come where there will be “no pretense, no chemically-altered ingredients, just wonderful fare influenced by classic French and Italian cuisine, all made with organic, seasonal, locally sourced, and fresh ingredients,” according to the description of the $75 meal/experience you will enjoy.
