More than 50 injured passengers were sent to San Francisco General Hospital yesterday after an Asiana Airlines plane crashed at San Francisco International Airport Saturday. Read our story here. In BART news, although trains are running, the San Francisco Chronicle reports that there’s “ little to suggest that BART and its two largest unions will be any closer to an agreement in 30 days.” The current contract has been extended until Aug. 4.

“The parties remain far apart on the money issues,” said Alicia Trost, a BART spokeswoman in a SF Chronicle article.
