With Japanese newspaper pages, glue, scissors and some patience, you can give life to a paper rose. That’s what Tomoko Lipp, founder of the 3R Art Paper Rose, will teach you at an encore paper rose event Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. It’s hosted by Ruth’s Table, a creative center within the senior housing residence Bethany Center. All are welcome.
