In Occupy news, the Chronicle reports that city officials in San Francisco have a list of conditions they want met at the encampment to keep it safe and healthy.

And Occupy Cal was raided at 3:30 a.m; police arrested two 24-year-olds.

Though we’ve seen plenty of photos, videos and other media of the clashes related to Occupy over the last few days, a picture of an 84-year-old protester who’d been pepper-sprayed just moments before could become an icon for years to come. It was taken by Joshua Trujillo in Seattle.

The LA Times reports that the state budget will see even deeper cuts, after less revenue came in than expected.
