Police have arrested a 22-year-old man who stole a laptop from a residence on Dolores near 15th Street early this morning.
At 12:25 a.m., a witness saw the suspect enter the residence through the back door. The suspect took a laptop and fled the residence, where the victim, a 37-year-old male, was asleep.
The witness called the police, who arrived and took the suspect into custody.
