A 25-year-old man was robbed of a wallet and cash in Dolores Park Thursday evening, though he was uninjured in the incident.

At 7:27 p.m. last night, the man was walking in the park when he was approached by a man in his late 20s armed with a knife. The suspect held the victim while rifling through his pockets and then took his wallet and cash, pushing the victim to the ground. The suspect then fled from the park, and the police have not made an arrest.

Earlier on Thursday at 4:55 p.m., an 18-year-old man was waiting at the bus stop on 16th and Mission using his phone when he was approached by two men in their late 20s. The men asked him what gang he belonged to, and when the victim said he didn’t belong to any gang, one of the suspects grabbed the phone from his hand.

The victim tried to retrieve his phone but was pushed by one of the suspects, after which the two suspects fled the scene. The police have not made any arrests.
