Collin Hilton is getting ready to cook up another Monday night dinner on October 12th at Mission Pie from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m..

If you’d like to go email reservations@missionpie.com and let them know how many people will be in your party and what time you would like to come. 

When we asked what to expect, Hilton wrote in an e-mail, “I’m definitely excited to come up with some early fall/end of summer dishes that will bring the brightness of summer and heartiness of fall crops together.  That said still haven’t mapped out the menu I want to serve.”

The last dinner filled up fast so get your reservations now! We’ll post a menu as soon as its up.
