There are 7+ billion people on the planet, any number of them can show up in SF and demand a place to stay for free. This is why homelessness will never be solved, as long as you pander the them…Sure put 1 in a shelter, 5 more show up…..spend millions on them, you will never have enough.
Cho could write a check for this and not even notice it. This is self=promotion at its ugliest
